Jenny Poon
is the founder of CO+HOOTS, Phoenix’s first coworking space and small business incubator that currently houses 250+ entrepreneurs. Jenny was named Phoenix Business Journal’s 2016 Phoenix Businessperson of the Year and works to build strong communities across the US.
Darby Mahon
is a part of the EZ Spaces Team in Gilbert, a family owned and operated Coworking space founded by her husband John in 2012. EZ Spaces was the first Coworking space created in the East Valley. Darby is an Arizona Native and a former Professional Social Worker serving the State of Arizona with over a decade of experience in foster care. As an EZ Spaces, team member, she believes strongly that Coworking creates a positive and healthy environment for Business Owners, Teams, Developers, and Remote Workers.
Rosie Carillo
is the Community Impact Analyst at Better Business Bureau. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting from Grand Canyon University and a Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania. Rosie works with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship team to help develop educational programs to support entrepreneurs at all stages of their business. She helps oversee the operations of ignite sparked by BBB coworking space to further provide support and resources to entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Lana DeGuzman
is the operations manager for the AZCA and heads communications with the Collective. She currently resides in Seattle, WA as a UX/UI Designer. Lana earned a degree in Marketing from Grand Canyon University. She became a founding member of the Alliance from her work in the Phoenix startup and coworking community.
Philip Cohen
is the Senior VP of Operations for Workuity, Phoenix's premier coworking venue. With two locations Workuity offers 5-star service and amenities to over 300 members across the Valley. Philip has a long history in the Hospitality Industry managing Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants as well as Consulting. After several years as an Entrepreneur, Philip sold his business and began working in the coworking space; where his background in hotels and as an entrepreneur give him a unique perspective into the industry.
Teagan Fail
leads operations at AZ CoWork, a 12,000 sq. ft tech-centric coworking facility featuring an AV Room and Maker Space in North Scottsdale. Teagan is a proud University of Arizona Alumna and a Tucson native. She is passionate about creating a fun community and refreshing culture at the AZ CoWork space.
